Accommodation

The accommodation for everyone for the weekend
will be at Tapu Te Ranga Marae, 44 Rhine Street,
Island Bay Wellington.

Tapu Te Ranga is the home of Bruce Stewart and his whanau.  The Whenua is 24 hectares - two thirds was set aside for native tress and birds.  The other third is Tapu Te Ranga Marae.  The main Tupuna Whare is Parehinetai O Waitaha - it is a strong social, environmental and artistic statement.  She was built out of need by young maori unemployed.  She has been built on multi levels from recycled materials and sleeps up to 300 people.

The marae is only 0.4 km from Island Bay Squash Club, which is only a 5 minute walk or a 1 minute drive.

Meals and Social Evenings

All meals and socials will be held at The South Wellington Masonic Hall, Ohiro Road, Brooklyn, Wellington.

The Masonic Hall is only 4.5km from Tapu Te Ranga Marae and 4km from Island Bay Squash Club

Squash Clubs

The main club being used for Nga Hau E Wah 2010 will be   Island Bay Tennis & Squash Club, 2 The Parade, Island Bay, Wellington.

Island Bay Tennis & Squash Club was awarded "Club of the Year - 2009" at the Squash Wellington Awards held on 9th November.

The club has 3 squash courts and 3 tennis courts.

The other squash clubs being used will be:
